Psychological immigration evaluations are a combination of clinical interviews and in-depth assessments conducted by licensed mental health professionals to support immigration cases. It is used to demonstrate the psychological impact of the challenges endured (such as hardship, trauma, abuse, or persecution) and how these experiences connect to immigration status.
Hardship Waivers
For U.S. residents/citizens facing significant difficulty if separated from a non-resident/citizen due to immigration laws.
U Visas
For witnesses or survivors of certain crimes who would be of help to law enforcement investigations.
Asylum
For individuals seeking refuge in the United States due to fearing persecution in their home country.
VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)
For survivors of domestic violence seeking protection and independent residency.
T Visas
For survivors of human trafficking who would be of help to law enforcement investigations.

Things to know
Evaluations can be conducted in-person or via telehealth. A 50% deposit is required to schedule an appointment. Evaluations take approximately 3 hours to conduct. After the evaluation, we will email your lawyer the report within 7 days.
